Step 1: Fill out the Reservation Form.
Choose your day trip, tour, a combination of tours or set up your individual package with our help and fill out the RESERVATION FORM.
Within the following 48 hours, we will send you an email confirming your reservation and the availability (If you make the reservation at least 2 weeks in advance, there shouldn´t be a problem with availability.). Depending on the individual plan, on the profile of the travel group and on the season, we might recommend small changes before you make the deposit.
Step 2: Make a deposit.
To guarantee the reservation you have to pay a deposit of 20% of the price of the trip. The final payment must be made 21 days before the beginning of the trip, unless an individual exception is agreed within the confirmation of the reservation. For bookings made less than 21 days before the beginning of the trip, the full payment is due immediately.

We provide the following payment options (transaction costs are paid by the traveler):
- National bank transfer: A national bank transfer can be made online using your or a friend´s Colombian bank account. If you do not have an online account, you can go to a physical branch office of Bancolombia to complete the payment (no transaction costs).

- International bank transfer: An international bank transfer can be made from a physical bank in any country of the world. Ask your bank for the transaction costs. If we do not receive the full amount of the price due to the costs the bank charges us, the traveler will be charged the outstanding small percentage upon arrival. - Payment link to pay by credit card: We will send you a payment link using the PayU platform (transaction fee of 7%). We will charge you in Colombian Pesos and your bank makes the money conversion in case your credit card account is not in Colombian Pesos. (Not available at the moment)
- Payment link to pay by credit card: We will send you a payment link using the PayPal platform. We will charge you in USD using our internal exchange rate and PayPal makes the money conversion in case your PayPal account is not in USD (transaction fee of 7%)
Step 3: Get ready to travel!
Before the trips starts, we usually send you recommendations such as what to bring, who will be your driver/ Coordinator, etc. Let us know if you have questions. For us it is important that you are well prepared and that you enjoy your trip to the fullest!
